PFA came to us with a wish to make a new and different type of CSR report. The main criteria were that it had to be alive, dynamic and address the many different stakeholders and target audiences and their various requirements. Furthermore it should engage every type of reader with a personal and relatable story.
By creating a digital magazine combining visual elements, sound and text we made visiting the PFA retirement info page an exciting experience for visitors. With a clear-cut menu, navigating the page and finding the right info was easy for every type of visitor. We also made a special iPad version for the advisors to use when visiting clients.
