The corporate web site is the key platform for branding and lead generation when the world's leading large screen manufacturer, dnp denmark, markets its products to retailers and professional buyers. After many years on the same platform, time had come for a complete redesign and re-programming of the site, which suited to changed user behavior and market conditions.
To provide the best user experience and ensure relevance, we started out by mapping the user journeys of the company's four most important target groups. Then we created narratives for each audience and defined their needs for knowledge and support at different stages of their user journey. The new targeted content is displayed on a responsive website through an Umbraco backend with full integration to Microsoft CRM. We also created a series of Interactive guides and tools to facilitate contact between customers and resellers.
