The Task

Making the sale is the main objective for any sales rep. But being stuck in an old and safe routine makes for an uninspiring and ineffective sales pitch. Berendsen wanted to make sure that was not the case with their sales pitches, so they teamed up with us and got creative sparring for a new and unique strategy for their reps.

The Solution

At Raffinaderiet we know that talking directly with the customers is the best way to understand and accommodate them. That is why we developed a dialogue-based web application for iPads for their sales reps to use. We made an industry-specific questionnaire that caters to the specific customer's needs and requirements. With this new tool on hand, every sales pitch becomes unique and customised – ultimately boosting Berendsen's sales figures.
